Vincent D. Howard is Of Counsel to the firm. He focuses on personal injury matters and actively participates in the local, state, and national trial lawyer associations that are dedicated to consumers’ rights and consumers’ access to justice. Howard was the 2016 president for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA). Howard also served on the board of Governors for Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) where he has previously been a member of CAOC’s executive committee and is the co-founder of CAOC’s Diversity Committee. He also served on the board of governors for the American Association of Justice (AAJ) from 2016-2019, where he served on the Membership Committee, a committee where he served as co-vice-chair in 2019. He is a current member of all three organizations.
Howard has been a recognized Super Lawyer since 2013 and was a 2015 National Black Lawyer-Top 100 Lawyer.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Howard proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Army as a military police officer from 1988-1992. He also served during the First Gulf War and received the National Defense Ribbon. He’s a proud veteran who now serves the needs of his clients in arbitration, mediation, or trial. He has even lobbied on his clients’ behalf in Sacramento and Washington D.C.
